The coffee and cake were delicious – I found the pumpernickel cake intriguing – the service (the owner?) was a bit curt but friendly, the prices were normal.

A beautiful mill, with an owner who knows how to bake bread. He also shares wonderful anecdotes from bygone days. You can help preserve the mill and take some delicious rye bread home with you. Unfortunately, the town doesn't contribute anything to the upkeep of a building that was already there when the gentlemen in the town hall were still jumping over fences with their fathers. No respect for such a place, especially since tourists love to visit.

Last week I ordered pumpernickel and liverwurst together from your online shop, and what can I say? Delicious, nutritious, and above all, high-quality. Not to mention the generous free gift, which I was also very happy about! I'm glad that there are still traditional manufacturers like you in Germany. You've just gained a new regular customer.

On my bike ride today, I visited the community of Emsbüren in the Emsland region again. And I made a quick detour to Enking's Mill Cafe. Unfortunately, it was closed. But the view of this wonderful historic windmill alone is stunning. And there are many interesting sights to discover all around. There's plenty of seating inside and outside. When the mill cafe is open, it's a magnet for many people. I can say this from my own experience; I enjoy stopping by every few years.

I saw a post about this bakery on a popular social network. I really liked it. We enjoy traditionally made food. So, I ordered some packages of pumpernickel, a refrigerator container, and some mettwurst and liverwurst in jars from their online shop. Super fast delivery, good packaging. I tried the bread and liverwurst today —> a fantastic product. Finally, pumpernickel without the often sour taste. Nice, firm texture. Fantastic aroma. We're thrilled. The liverwurst is also very tasty. We'll definitely be ordering again soon! Thank you for this delicious treat!
